Coolagain IK-E

The COOLAGAIN is a compact immersion cooler with a complete cooling circuit. The refrigerant passes through an evaporator basket in the liquid tank and withdraws the thermal energy from the fluid.The thermal energy is released back to the environment by the air cooled condenser of the cooling machine.
The systems are supplied ready to be connected and are easy to put in operation. Place it in a tank containing liquid, connect it to the electricity supply, and the Coolagain is ready for use. .

IK-E

Immersion cooler model IK-E

Systems in the Coolagain series are suitable for the refrigeration of water, emulsions and oils. In addition, it is possible to refrigerate corrosive elements. Immersion coolers are designed to operate with existing tanks.

The standard design of immersion coolers incorporates a coiled-pipe direct expansion unit made of copper, a built-in agitator for improved heat extraction from the liquid, an adjustable electronic control with digital display and a malfunction alarm with fault indication. There is a potential-free contact for connection to external controls. The equipments can be supplied in numerous variations. Our flexibility in manufacture enables us to satisfy almost all customer requirements.

Besides the standard units with air cooled condenser, following variations are available:

IK-E

Immersion cooler model IK-E for oil

  • units with a water cooled condenser for connection to a circulation water system
  • units with a radial fan for connection to an available ventilation system
  • units with noise reduction for use in laboratories for example

Options

Over and above that our units can be supplied with special accessories:

  • with special paint colour
  • with special voltage
  • as tempering system
  • for oil cooling, e.g. cutting oil
  • with liquid regulation of the cooling medium depending on ambient temperature
  • for higher ambient temperatures
  • with lower cooling temperatures
  • with air filter mat in front of the air suction
